We specialize in the wholesale processing of plastics and technical foams with the use of CNC techniques, such as milling, cutting with an active oscillating knife up to 15 cm long and cutting with a CO2 laser.

We work on our materials as well as on the entrusted ones.

The finished products can be additionally glued with hot-melt glue, industrial methacrylic glue or other glue intended for a given material. Hot-melt glueing of wholesale quantities is carried out using a ValvoMelton fusing machine with a capacity of up to 5 kg of glue / h. Accuracy and repeatability are achieved thanks to the use of a computer-controlled, dedicated CNC plotter.
